Outstanding from arrival to departure

The property is like no other, caters for large groups no matter the weather or season, we had some rain during our stay but it didnā€™t stop the kids swimming in the heated pool or being able to sit out on the back deck listen to the streamed music watch the kids and catch up with our friends. Dry and warm. Pizza oven was a real treat and the kids loved getting involved in making pizzas. Plenty of space inside and bedrooms were more than comfortable and well appointed. Perfect multi-family getaway

Iā€™ve stayed here twice and have now booked a third trip. The house is perfect for large friend and family gatherings. Our 11 kids spent most of the 4 days in the pool and spa, and the pizza oven got a workout. The attention to detail makes all the difference, for example heating the pool, great kitchenware (actual sharp knives!) plenty of towels, both firm and soft pillows, and the list goes on.Would recommend.

Highly recommend. My siblings, kids and grandparents throughly enjoyed our stay celebrating a special milestone birthday for my mum. Kylie was responsive, but not remotely intrusive. She genuinely wants her guests to enjoy this beautiful property which is even better than the pictures. The house was well appointed with everything we needed and things we didn't even know we needed. The pool, multiple living spaces, bedrooms, outdoor areas are so thoughtfully put together and meant we all had our own space but equally could come together as a family. Amazing place to stay for the weekend celebrating our parents 60th Wedding Anniversary. Comfortably accommodated the 15 of us and the multiple living areas were perfect. Our family had an awesome weekend celebrating a significant birthday. The house was fantastic and worked really well for us all. There are lots of areas for relaxing and beds are comfortable and bathrooms are plenty. The tables are large enough to accommodate everyone socialising and the pizza oven is great! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and Kylie checked in often to make sure all was ok.

What a beautifully well thought out home, it has every luxury comfort and more plus itā€™s only 5 minutes to the idyllic town of Berry. We had such a wonderful time celebrating my husbands 40th. The hosts were so helpful and generous. I wouldnā€™t hesitate recommending Berry Luxury Retreat. 5 STARS!
