Wunderschönes Haus mit warmem Pool in unvergleichlicher Lage

Dieser Urlaub war fĂŒr uns ein unvergleichliches Erlebnis. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Neben einem warmen und großzĂŒgigen Pool gab es noch einen Indoor-Whirlpool sowie einen kleinen Fitnessraum. Selbst an Regentagen war auf diese Weise fĂŒr Spaß gesorgt. Das Haus liegt in relativer Alleinlage auf einem sehr großen GrundstĂŒck, so dass auch ein etwas grĂ¶ĂŸerer LĂ€rmpegel der Kinder niemanden stört. Bertinoro ist eine sehr schöne kleine Stadt direkt am Berg gelegen in einer wunderschönen Gegend. In etwa 30 Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto den Strand und die eher touristischen Gegenden. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Betreuung durch die Gastgeberin: Vielen vielen Dank Vanessa fĂŒr Deine tollen Insider-Tips, Deine Hilfe und Deine großartige Gastfreundschaft! Wir haben alle sehr schöne Erinnerungen an unsere Zeit in Bertinoro und werden ganz sicher bald wiederkommen!

We spent 4 wonderful weeks at Villa Belvedere & wholeheartedly recommend it. From our very first inquiry, Vanessa was unfailingly responsive, thoughtful, & generous with her time. Even before we booked, she offered detailed recommendations for places to eat & things to do, often making reservations herself for smaller restaurants without online booking. Every suggestion turned out to be excellent.Once we arrived, her support continued. She arranged an extra gate key when our 3 cars set off in different directions & seamlessly handled several dinner bookings & changes. The Villa itself is beautifully designed & flexible—spaces used as living areas when it was just the 2 of us easily converted to bedrooms when we hosted more guests, comfortably sleeping 9, each room with its own washroom. The Wi-Fi was superb, even with 3 of us on video calls at once.And then there’s the view: utterly breathtaking. Each of the 16 people who stayed with us over the 4 weeks said they’d never tire of it. Vanessa also organized fantastic cooking lessons at the Villa: Chef Valentina, who later welcomed us to her wonderful restaurant D’Antan in Cesena, & Chef Roberto, who taught our family groups to make pasta, piadina, & dessert, even bringing his homemade Nocino. They were both absolutely wonderful.This was a big, much-anticipated trip, & Villa Belvedere exceeded every expectation. It was worth every bit of the splurge for such a spectacular place, & for Vanessa’s exceptional care & hospitality.

An amazing, unforgettable experience

I rented this beautiful villa as a celebratory getaway for a group of family and close friends. in terms of size, location, and amenities, it was absolutely perfect. The property was even more beautiful and larger than expected.From the moment of booking right through the check-out, our host Vanessa was warm, gracious, and helpful. She seemed to sincerely care that we enjoy ourselves, and that set the tone for our stay. This villa is large enough to allow people to have space to do their own thing comfortably. The pool was a centerpiece throughout our time there, but we made use of the entire grounds. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was a great meeting place and was perfect for a group. The location was a major plus for us. Bertinoro is lovely, and we also made use of nearby destinations: Cesena, Romania, San Marino and beyond.I honestly can't think of one thing that would have made our stay better. Every single person had a great time, and I am forever grateful to Vanessa for sharing her beautiful home with us. The only thing I didn't love is that I had to leave!

Vacation Perfection!

Our 2 week stay at Villa Belevedere was amazing! We chose this location because of the close proximity to my sister who lives in Italy. There are 10 of us in our family and wanted to be able to all stay together and this was the perfect solution! It was big enough to give us all our own space and also to gather as a family. The infinity pool is amazing and the jacuzzi/fitness room was another bonus! The house is beautiful with stunning views and Vanessa and her husband were exceptional hosts and are very responsive and helpful. The location is great around 30 minutes from the sea and Bertinoro is a beautiful town with great restaurants and gelato! We hope to return again some day soon! Grazie mille Vanessa!

Beautiful modern villa!

Our stay at Villa Belvedere met and exceeded all of our expectations. The villa and location is absolutely beautiful! The pool and outdoor areas allowed the 4 of us to completely relax and enjoy the wonderful weather of Bertinoro during the day and the home theater kept us entertained in the evening. Communication from booking to check-in and beyond was excellent. Vanessa and her husband are great hosts and respond to any request/issue immediately. I hope to return again soon!

Fantastic stay

Our family consists of 9 adults and an infant. The property was perfect for us and it’s location is awesome with gorgeous views.We would definitely stay there again. Also, the property management is incredibly responsive and nice!
