The stay was great even though there was a hurricane during much of it. There were a couple of hiccups that weren’t anyone’s fault, but the hosts were incredibly responsive. The place was very clean and well stocked with items to get us through the first day without having to run out to the store. We would absolutely stay here again!

We cannot say enough great things about our stay this year. Beyond the unit being beautifully decorated, it had additional amenities that went above and beyond any of the other units we've stayed in over the past 20 years.The oversized washer & dryer made the chore of washing our beach towels everyday so much easier and the ice maker was an incredible perk to fill our cooler with each day.And lastly, there was a lovely welcome note from the owners, along with a little basket of goodies when we arrived on the first day, which was such an unexpected touch and the perfect way to kick-off our stay and vacation!We will definitely be returning again next year!

Upon entering it was better than you can imagine. Everything was clean and in its place
exactly as pictured! You have an ocean view from the living area, kitchen, primary and primary bathroom! We arrived around 1:30 and were able to get our tags and parking passes early and ready to get it with our code at 3pm- seamless check in and access to the condo. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year:)

What an incredible stay!! The hosts communication was prompt, the condo was very clean and inviting. It contained everything we needed to be comfortable with the exception of bath and bed linens, which was something we knew we needed. The view was majestic especially when we saw all the dolphins! The deck was a perfect place to have an after beach/pool drink while everyone was taking turns showering. The building was situated between 2 pools and beach entrances- SO CONVENIENT- especially with little ones!! We absolutely loved our stay and know others will too!!

What a wonderful trip to Sea Colony! It was relaxing to have tea each morning and look out at the beach, which was so easily accessible during our time there, as well as walks to the Bethany Beach boardwalk. The condo was perfect - beautifully decorated, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed and then some. We hope to return in the future.

Beautiful condo

The property and the owners were wonderful, very kind, responsive and helpful. The only reason we probably would not return is the mandatory (NOT owner's doing) Sea Colony facilities fee of $50 per person. We stayed at the colony only because the house we wanted to stay in with my sister and her whole family wasn't big enough to accommodate all of us and the condo was easy walking distance away. We slept at the condo and spent the rest of the time at the house/beach with our family. We didn't use a single Sea Colony amenity! A complete unnecessary waste of $440!

Best stay yet at Sea Colony

Third time staying at Sea Colony and this is the best condo yet. Stayed with our two daughters. Extremely clean on arrival and plenty of room. Communicated directly with owners who were extremely responsive. Condo is exactly as pictured. Lots of amenities in condo (Keurig, toaster, ice maker, washer/dryer) and well stocked with odds and ends one could need. Beyond pleased with our experience and I would strongly recommend to anyone.

Perfect location for a family get-away!

We had a wonderful week in Bethany at Sean & Julie's place! We loved the convenient access to the beach and heated pools. The condo was equipped with everything we could have needed -- even beach chairs and toys for the kids. We enjoyed the beautiful ocean view and watched the dolphins every morning while we drank our coffee. We took advantage of many amenities including the free trolly, the splash pad, indoor and outdoor pools, and the bonfires on the beach on Thursday (with marshmallows!). We absolutely plan to return.

Amazing flexibility

Well...not exactly the beach weekend we were hoping for. Tropical Storm Ophelia ended up forcing us to change our plans but Julie & Sean could not have been more accommodating, communicative, and understanding as they stayed in contact with us the days before and right up until we were planning to leave our home for the beach. Julie checked on the building generators, kept us up to speed on the storm's progress, and ended up offering for us to pick another weekend - above and beyond accommodating to our family. We will be back!

Wonderful Beach Week at a great condo

This is the perfect condo for families. Julie and Sean were wonderful hosts. They went above and beyond to help make check in easy and are very responsive. The condo is very well stocked, and beautifully done. The views are amazing. We saw so many Dolphins. The location is perfect. We loved waking up on the beach. Thank you Julie and Sean for sharing this great condo with us. We hope to make this an annual get together and absolutly would come back here.

Condo was perfect for our family vacation! Very comfortable accommodations, lots of supplies readily available, and perfect ocean views. Julie is extremely responsive to any questions you may have. Highly recommend this VRBO property!

Great property and location

We had a great stay in July. The property was immaculate, everything was in working order and the hosts responded promptly to all questions prior to and after our stay. They even went above and beyond by providing a welcome basket for us. The location was amazing - great ocean views, walking distance to the beach and close to indoor and outdoor pools, an on-site cafe and other amenities. We were also able to walk across the street for restaurants and ice cream during our stay. We greatly enjoyed ourselves and would absolutely recommend both this property and the hosts for a future stay. The only thing we found confusing was the check-in process, which is done in the Recreational office across the street from the Sea Colony East buildings. We were surprised to see that the office has limited hours, and if we had arrived 15 minutes later, we would have found the check-in office closed.
