The house had a great location. Inside it looked clean but as we stayed through the week, we discovered lots of dust and cobwebs. The second story screened porch has stains from dogs using it as a bathroom and there were pee puddles when we arrived. The fenced yard was nice for my two small dogs but a skunk appeared from under the deck on our last night and sprayed both dogs. Such a mess to deal with. The yard does not get cleaned up often. A big cardboard box was on the deck when we arrived, trash from the last tenant. There were large dog poops left behind in the grass and on the deck. The icemaker did not work and maintenance came and said they could not fix it. We found ants in the kitchen cupboards. The AC worked great, very cold when you need it. Manager responded quickly but did not really address my issues.

Great Vacation

Location, location, location! With babies, we loved being able to walk to the beach and down town Bethany in less than 5 minutes. The house was clean and well supplied with sheets, towels, and kitchen items. The only problem that we had was that the front door was difficult to open. Once we figured out to pull the door towards us and use two hands to press down on the handle, it was fine.

Really nice

Clean, lovely house. Is perfect for 2 couples with 2 beds with en suite baths. One bedroom is kind of small for 2 adults- not one of the ensuites. Location is brilliant. Close to shops, beach, etc. if you want to park and not drive, it’s ideal!

Great week at the beach!

Had a great family vacation in Bethany. The home is in an excellent location, which made it very easy for us to get to the beach and the many shops/restaurants in town. Pet friendly home with a nice backyard area for our dog to go outside off leash. Would have appreciated a couple nice-to-have amenities when we arrived (such as dishwashing pods and extra paper towels and trash bags), but beyond that, the home was just as advertised. Great place!

Cousins Weekend

The house is in a great location. It was well furnished and the kitchen very well stocked. The fact that it was dog friendly was a plus for us. For the cost compared to the other 2 houses cousins rented our was not as large and could use a few things. No speakers of any kind, no TV's in the upstairs bedroom. No general cable service (so no O's game) for us old folks. We will bring cables next time. Please note there were half full trash cans on arrival and a mattress in the alley that was never picked up.

Great Location, Dog Friendly

Great property well located in Bethany Beach. Walking distance to multiple restaurants/shops and the beach. The house is clean, well supplied and very functional, especially when traveling with our two dogs.

Perfect Place

We loved our holiday getaway to this home! It was modern and well appointed. Well stocked with everything from games to kitchen items and towels and sheets were provided! The location was an easy walk to town and the beach. And most importantly, the home was very clean! We were skeptical since it allowed animals, but everything was spotless. A fantastic stay - thank you!

Beach House

We visited over Thanksgiving and it was a great location close to the beach and the main street. The house was clean, nice, and well furnished and would definitely recommend. Unfortunately there was no guidebook or house rules with recommendations or instructions for the house and the TV was limited but functional.

Excellent Stay

Absolutely can’t beat the location. One block from the ocean, one block from the Main Street with restaurants, shops, etc. house was in great condition and perfect for our family. Will definitely stay again!

Loved it! Would choose again!

Great location, nice amenities, would stay again. Can’t beat the location- one street over from the main thoroughfare, less than a 1000 ft away from the beach, electric vehicle charging at the end of the street. Due to rain for the majority of our stay, we spent a lot of time in the house and we found it to be cozy, comfortable and inviting. We travelled with our infant, the floors and the doors were quiet and not creaky and the rooms were dark for comfortable sleep. Only a couple minor let downs: the furniture in the front porch was pretty dirty, the comforter in the upstairs bedroom with the in-suite bathroom was pretty heavily stained. Great place to stay.
