We had a wonderful stay overall and truly enjoyed this home. The location was excellent very close to the ski mountain. The house itself was comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The self check-in process was easy and seamless.The host was accommodating and flexible with a special request we made prior to arrival, and we’re grateful for their willingness to work with us.A few areas where improvements to enhance the guest experience. Communication with the pre-arrival instructions were somewhat unclear. The contact numbers appeared to be censored in the message, so I had to follow up to obtain them. The host responded quickly once which we appreciated. The driving directions could also be clarified specifically, the property was listed as being on “Mahaney’s Lane” instead of “Mahaney Lane,” which caused some confusion. We were able to find it without much trouble, but our friends had difficulty navigating and relied on us for guidance.Lastly, we noticed a number of house flies (both alive and dead) inside the property, which was surprising given that we stayed in the middle of winter and we were charged a cleaning fee.Overall, this property in a prime location with nice amenities and a accommodating host. With a few adjustments to clearer arrival instructions, the experience would be even better.
