Just a stone's throw from the historic centre of Béziers and the motorway exit, you'll find these two properties in a secure, peaceful setting.

The "Les Oliviers" gîte, classified 3 stars, comprises a living room opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, appliances, etc.), two bedrooms (a double with a 160cm bed and a children's bedroom with two 90cm bunk beds), a shower room and a separate toilet. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Make the most of the fine weather with its private terrace featuring garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue and the large garden and pool area shared between the 2 gîtes (open from 9am to 7pm).

Es handelt sich um ein kleines, sehr sauberes Haus mit großem Garten, Gartenmöbeln, einer schönen Terrasse auf einem riesigen Grundstück mit einem weiteren Ferienhaus und dem Haus der Vermieter.Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auf ca. 60 qm gibt es drei Klimageräte, eine Waschmaschine, eine Spülmaschine, Kleinkindausstattung, Staubsauger, Putzutensilien, Wäscheständer etc.Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, sprechen mehrere Sprachen, sind immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.Für die Fahrräder und unseren Fahrradträger wurde ein Schuppen zur Verfügung gestellt.Der große, sehr saubere Pool war das Highlight. Rund um den Pool gab es Liegen, Sitzmöglichkeiten und sogar eine Hängematte.

Appartement moderne, très propre, avec petite cuisine très fonctionnelle. Jardin et beau terrain ombragé, très calme, avec des écureuils et des oiseaux. Grande piscine très agréable. Des hôtes accueillants et discrets. Situé à proximité de Béziers centre et tout proche des écluses. Bref j'ai beau chercher je ne trouve rien à redire: c'était parfait!
