The apartment of 70 m2 is located in a very quiet residence in Biarritz, walking distance to the many shops of the St Charles district, the central beach (reachable on foot in 10-15 minutes), department stores and bars and restaurants. The apartment of 70m2 completely renovated, is very bright and has an entrance, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with window, a separate toilet with window, a bedroom with double bed 160 and closet; a room with choice of 2 single beds (or 1 double bed) and closet.
Living room cozy stay very equipped, with Office of Public Prosecutor on the soil, and picture window giving on a big terrace without opposite with view on the roofs of Biarritz and on the lighthouse.
The modern kitchen with bay window is very clear. It has high quality household appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine (Nespresso shop in Biarritz), coffee maker, kettle, etc ...

Fantastic apartment

My husband and I stayed in Nickies apartment for 3 nights. Everything was perfect, plenty of space lovely and bright. It is equipped with everything you need also exceptionally clean. The location is great every shop you need within an easy walk. Nickie was a fantastic host couldn't have been more helpful We will return to Biarritz and stay again for sure thank you Nickie

Well equipped, clean and modern with everything you need, plus comfortable beds

This is a very nice property but the extra touches by the owner really make a difference. She is extremely flexible, easy to deal with and made us feel very welcome with a lovely present. The apartment ticks all the boxes, there wasn't anything missing, plus it is so well positioned you can walk everywhere. There is a great nearby restaurant called Soave, with an equally nice owner there too.

Lovely place to stay!

Our family of four really enjoyed our 4 night stay at Nickie's place. Everything was nicely appointed and Nickie was a most gracious hostess. She communicated with me before the trip and welcomed us there right on time. We loved Biarritz and while this apartment is not right on the beach, it offered a quiet place away from the noise. It is about a fifteen minute walk to the beach and we ate at some great places all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this place to stay!

Correct mais

La propriétaire nous a très bien accueillis et était très sympathique. cependant, le logement que nous avions choisi d'après les photos a été loué à d'autres et nous avons donc dû prendre un autre appartement qui sur le papier avait les mêmes prestations mais qui était beaucoup moins moderne (nous n'aurions jamais loué un appartement avec une telle déco). Il était très mal insonorisé et les bruits des voisins étaient très gênants. La place de parking n'est pas assurée, ce sont des espaces libres dans la copro et il peut ne plus y avoir de place. Enfin, nous avons dû passer la semaine dans la semi obscurité du séjour dont un des deux volets roulants était cassé en position baissée. En conclusion, nous avons été très déçus.

La location est idéalement située. L'ensemble des quartiers de Biarritz sont accessibles à pied. L'appartement est agréable, bien équipé et la résidence est calme. Nickie est très attentionnée. Nous reviendrons en famille avec plaisir.

Wir lieben diese Ferienwohnung und Biarritz

Nickies Ferienwohnung war für uns wie ein zweites Zuhause im Süden. Die Wohnung ist sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen: unser Sohn das Surfen und das Meer, wir das Bummeln durch Biarritz. Es war traumhaft. Nickie hat uns mit eiskaltem Mineralwasser, Saft und einer baskischen Köstlichkeit empfangen. Sie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Danke für alles Nickie! Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!

Appartement confortable et spacieux

Il s'agit d'un appartement au 2e étage d'un grand immeuble datant probablement des années 60, mais bien soigné. Il y a un parking ce qui est important à Biarritz. Ce n'est pas tout à fait au centre mais à 15 minutes à pied. L'appartement est bien équipé. La gérante a été très aimable et à l'écoute.

Un très bon séjour à Biarritz

Un appartement très propre et lumineux, très bien situé: 15 min à pied de la Grande Plage, le quartier Saint Charles très agréable avec ses commerces juste à côté. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le grand balcon: cela nous a permis de rester dehors le soir (avec le couvre-feu à 18h c'était très sympa!). La literie est confortable et la cuisine est très pratique. Enfin, l'accueil de Nickie est parfait. Merci pour ce séjour!

Un séjour excellent!!!

La propriétaire nous a accueillis avec une très grande gentillesse Et quelques produits locaux très appréciables! L appartement est totalement conforme aux photos, traversant ce qui est très appréciable l’été. La situation est parfaite car il suffit de laisser la voiture sur le parking pour arpenter la magnifique ville à pieds. Enfin, la terrasse permet de se détendre avec une vue dégagée sur les toits de la ville. En un mot, je recommande l appartement les yeux fermés!!!!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’appartement est bien équipé, propre à proximité du petit centre du quartier saint Charles et à 20 minutes à pieds du centre de Biarritz. Nous avons tout fait à pieds avec un enfant de 3 ans.

Simply good

We spent 11 days in the apartment in October 2019. The apartment is spacious, cosy and very clean. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We missed nothing. A very good bakery, two bus stops and a few bars can be reached by foot in 5 minutes. The beach is 10 minutes away and the center with the market hall is in walking distance as well. Nickie is a very nice and helpful host. She answered every mail or message within a few minutes whenever we had a question. Checking in and out was uncomplicated and happened in a very friendly atmosphere. She gave us the feeling to be very welcome guests. We had a very good time and can recommend the apartment without restrictions.

Exactement la location que nous espérions : accueil très chaleureux par madame Gendre ( cadeau de bienvenue) qui est très disponible et a toujours répondu très rapidement à nos demandes. Appartement très propre, très calme et tres lumineux, correspondant parfaitement au descriptif. Tres bien équipé : vaisselle et electro ménager, rien ne manquait ! Le grand balcon est très appréciable afin de prendre les repas , très belle vue sur le phare. Très bon emplacement car nous avons tout fait à pied et atout très important pour Biarritz : parking dans la résidence. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et recommandons cette location sans hésitation .
