We loved our stay here in Biarritz. We were welcomed with open arms and shown to our beautiful bedroom filled with French flair. Our hosts were so friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful giving us information and places to visit as well as directions and calling us a taxi when we needed one. We enjoyed a lovely buffet style breakfast with delicious food on offer as well as hand baked cakes and treats. We would absolutely highly recommend this delightful hotel, we enjoyed every aspect of our visit and hope we can be lucky enough to return one day. Thank you for having us, Jacquie & Graham Brown

Happy in Biarritz

The rooms are comfortable. We did not have the breakfast that was €15 as we decided to eat out in Biarritz. The hotel is clean, pretty central (5mins walk to the main streets &see front) and the staff are wonderful. Extremely helpful and happy to help were they can.

I had a clean, quiet room in a nice part of town near the central attractions and beach in Biarritz. I liked how easy it was to walk to the beach and how close it was to so many restaurants. Jacques, from the hotel staff, was very helpful and explained how to orient myself in the town. He gave me a nice map. The room was lovely and I was very satisfied. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no mini-fridge, mini-bar. I haven't been in a hotel that didn't have this until I stayed here.

We had an amazing stay at Hôtel Au Bon Coin! Delphine was so kind and welcoming and told us exactly what to check out in town during our one night stay. The place was clean, inviting, and had everything we needed—including tea and coffee in the room and optional breakfast in the morning. Would highly recommend this for your stay in Biarritz

Wonderful staff, great location, and clean and comfortable rooms. Delphine and Jacques welcomed my family, loaned my son a boogie board, and advised us on restaurants and transportation options. This place is a home away from home. We'll definitely visit again!
