Tv only had SBS and Chanel 7 working, no Chanel 9 and 10 was intermittent, couch was so old you sunk in it, carpet very old needs replacing, no hand towel and only 1 face washer for two people

I came to stay in Bicheno to visit the penguins. They were amazing . The Beachfront rooms were close to everything, shops and beaches. I really enjoyed my stay and the staff were helpful and friendly 😊

The room was spacious, clean, good size modern bathroom and equipped with good toiletries. Also welcomed the several USB sockets and clothes hooks on the wall which are ALWAYS lacking but much needed!!

I loved the patio off the property facing the beach. There were no PowerPoints beside the bed to charge phones overnight. Not much bench space in bathroom. Spacious room though and close to bistro and bottlo.

The blow dryer quit day 2, the chairs were ok if eating but nowhere comfortable to sit in the room. Definitely needs some updating. But the pub bistro and bottle shop were very handy!

The motel is just outside the main area of town and not exactly on the beach. There is a bistro on site and within a couple of minutes walk to Sealife Cafe. Plenty of other eateries a couple of minutes drive away. A comfortable stay for 2 nights.
