we had a very nice stay, the house was very clean and according to our expectations. Unfortunately there is a problem with the shower, the bottom leaks and the water seeps into the ceiling of the dining room and flows through the recessed light.

Lovely home

The house is well appointed, comfortable, and perfectly located. Because our group traveled from all over the country to meet up, we spent much of our time together in the house and on the property walking/hiking to explore the surrounding areas. The kitchen is well equipped, which made preparing dinners simple. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the master is huge! It’s a lovely home and we hope to rent it again for a future visit!

Perfect get-away!

This house was perfect for a big family with little ones. We had 4 generations at one point, and as the house sleeps 10, we could all be comfortable. Fabulous master suite! Wonderful kitchen and the A/C was just fantastic during what was a hot week this summer. We hope to rent this house again next year! Joy at K-Port Concierge, who manages the property, was very responsive to a few questions I had about the home.

Perfect vacation

This house was spacious and well equipped. Our group of nine could spread out and then be able to comfortably gather for meals and games. Walking to the beach is a huge plus. The neighborhood and surroundings are fun to explore. The house's concierge was quick to respond to any request. We are hoping to return!

Maine trip

We were overall happy with our stay. The home was great, accommodated the size of our group. The location was beautiful! The only down side was the minimum night stay. We had to "waste" a night at this property as we had early flights out of Boston the next morning, so we were unable to stay the full 4 nights.

Family Get Together

This property is gorgeous! The house has an abundance of natural light and is fully stocked with everything you might need. It is also just a short level walk to the beach. We were 8 family members and stayed a week. The master suite was well appointed and very private. The only complaint would be that the other two upstairs bedrooms did not have comfortable mattresses.

Beautiful home with everything you need!

We had an amazing time at this home for a quiet family getaway. This was the most well stocked house we’ve stayed in in terms of kitchen items, soap, paper towels etc. We felt spoiled! My kids loved the amazing collection of books, and the staff was very responsive. Overall the best managed house we’ve rented through VRBO and in such a beautiful setting.

Beautiful escape

The house was very clean and met our needs. We had our daughter, son in law and their infant with us. The new section of the house is very nice. The only issue is the older section upstairs smelled a bit musty but was better once the AC was on. We would definitely return.

A Perfect Christmas on the Maine Coast

The Beachmore was the perfect home for our family to to enjoy Christmas week on the coast of Maine. It was well appointed, very clean, and more spacious than the pictures show - the family room, in particular, very large and cozy. This was our favorite hang out spot to read, play games, watch movies, and open presents. And the Kitchen, what a fabulous place for us to cook, bake, and prepare gourmet meals. All the bedrooms very private and beds very comfy, the master bedroom and bath very nice. But all this would be for nothing without having easy access to the shore-line and beaches. We will never forget the the walks along Ocean Ave and walks on the beach toward Fortunes Rocks. What views of the ocean and sunrise/sunsets! Our trip would not be complete without Mother Nature spewing a winter storm nicknamed "Grinch" full of high seas, big surf / crashing waves, and 50+mph gusts on the shore line. A perfect Christmas in Maine!

Spacious Beachside House With Large Great Room

We have been visiting Biddeford Pool for many years. We loved staying at this property. It is a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach, Fortune's Rocks, or the rocky coast line where you can poke around in the tide pools. The house had a nice great room to hang out in and many fun family meals were eaten at their large dinning room table. The kitchen had all you need for cooking and beach items are supplied as well. The master bedroom is separated from the rest of the house for some peaceful down time. I would highly recommend this property!

Great house for relaxing in a beautiful, tranquil, and quiet location.

So happy we found this house. We loved Biddeford Pool and found it to be the perfect spot for what we were looking for -- a beach without too many people that we could easily walk to from the house. Since there were just two of us we stayed in the newly renovated master suite section of the house which was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped which was appreciated since we made several meals at home. We look forward to coming back with our family since the house can accommodate quite a few people in a nicely spread out layout.

Quiet and comfortable beach getaway

We had a lovely time with our two boys at this lovely, comfortable house. We were able to cook meals easily, there was PLENTY of space, and the beach was a short walk away. The neighborhood is quite and the pace is relaxing. It was exactly what we needed after an extremely busy summer! Joy is very responsive and made sure all our needs were taken care of quickly!

Lovely spot

The area is quiet and wonderful for families. This is a most comfortable home and having air conditioning is a blessing when the temperatures and humidity get high. The kitchen is new and well stocked. While the guest bedrooms and baths are old, the master bedroom is new, spacious and quiet as it is separated from the main house by a staircase. We know you will be comfortable here.
