Our two storey Sea Front House is situated just above the beach huts that line the promenade at Westward Ho! on the lovely Golden Bay Holiday Village. You have amazing views from the living area and large decking of the beach, the waves and all the way out to sea!
From the private path you can walk to the village centre or beach within 3 minutes at a gentle pace.
The space
A double height living space brings all the light in to the open plan kitchen/ diner with a door leading off onto a private decked area. We have two comfortable sofas in the living area and dining table and chairs to comfortably seat 6 guest.

On the ground floor the master bedroom with ensuite leads off the main living room. On the first floor is a twin bedroom, family bathroom and a mezzanine floor with a king size bed. Free wi-fi is available throughout the property for an unlimited number of devices and suitable for streaming shows such as Netflix, YouTube e.t.c.

There is a children's play area on the park, also large and well maintained lawns and gardens and private sloped access right on to the promenade.

PLEASE NOTE: DEVELOPMENT WORK;
We are currently redeveloping a property in the corner of our site (73/74 on the park map). Between Easter and the end of May 2023 we will be erecting the wooden frame, cladding, putting windows in and roof on. We will then be allowing the property to settle until July when we will continue with the internal works.
