Enjoy the quiet neighborhood of Sugarloaf in this beautiful cottage perfect for couples or a small family of three. Take a short walk to the park and appreciate the brisk mountain air. Just a short drive to local hot spots like Kallan's Bar and Grill, the Village, lake, and the slopes. Close to National Forest hiking trails. Escape life down the mountain at this cute cabin in the woods.

LIVING SPACE - Cozy 500+ sq ft home with living room, TV, ceiling fan, dining table, beautiful wood burning stove fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 1 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and TV. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Portable A/C, smart TVs with cable, streaming apps and fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning stove fireplace.
