Worst hotel you could ever stay at. Ants, roaches and spiders throughout the room. No dresser to put your clothes in. The mattress was about 4 inches thick. The mattress frame was horrible so we ended up putting the mattress on the floor. Overall disgusting place.

I expect to get a full refund on this reservation. Room was not ready at check-in time. No water in bathroom sink, no coffee maker in the room as advertised, no breakfast provided as advertised, filthy floors, countertops, curtains and windows. Only two towels provided for a party of three. Only one toilet paper roll provided, already halfway thru. Staff did not show they care, made excuses for everything. Staff said manager would contact us, but never did. In the morning (breakfast hours) staff closed the office, so there was no one to talk to.

We stayed at this property for two nights on the lakeview side. Upon entering, there were black ants on the floor and furniture. The ants were around our beds and the bathroom, coming out of the blackened flooring. There was an alarm the first night that beeped every 45 minutes. We had to ask for toilet paper as soon as we got there because the cleaner "forgot" about it. He told us face to face. This weekend the office was run by three teen boys who cannot do their jobs. I understand having to employ them, but at least make sure they're taking out the trash. The coffee machine in the breakfast area does not have coffee cups.

This place was horrible. Will never recommend this place. It was very dirty and it smelled dead rat all over the cabin. In fact we found a dead rat under the kitchen table. Location is convenient to everything but check your cabin and sheets carefully

The room was not clean and one of the two beds had stains on the top sheets. The pillows literally were paper thin flat and one of the pillows was missing a cover. The shower leaked SO bad and wouldn’t turn off all the way so we had to listen to a running shower all night along with a building alarm that kept going off throughout the night made sleeping near impossible. Very dirty.

$300 Louie the manager/owner refuses to give me a refund and employee refused to check me out the first 10 min of my arrival. Rooms are absolutely disgusting! Hair in bed, semen on blanket, dirt in tub, the room smelled like mildew the list goes on. I have been going back and forth since sunday may 18th to today may 20th. Still no response and no money back.

I like over all of this hotel and our stay...the only thing is there's no soap in the bathroom floor is dirty and dust .they serve continental breakfast but not enough ,they don't refill the cereals.but i like the staff working there ..

A new experience together.

We like it, my husband and I have a good time together, we cook steak and veggies together on the little kitchen. The only thing is that, the website says breakfast free. And they only have cold cereal and fruit. But we enjoy the rest, the backyard looks nice at night we took a nice picture.thank you

I called to confirm about the suite I was trying to book. Gave me a different detail/info about the suite. So when we arrived and saw our suite, I had to ask to be switched to a different suite/cabin. Of course I have to pay extra and turned out it was way more than advertised here in hotels.com. But I had really no choice but to upgrade.

The property unit I got was a bit smaller than what I expected but overall it was a very peaceful quiet property and very clean. I think next time I book a stay I will request a bigger room but other than that I was satisfied with my stay.
