This hotel was a two-star at best, people living in vehicles in the back parking lot, dirty and disrepair everywhere, very plain worn rooms, a filthy dirty dark pool area that brought to mind images of a horror movie. Not a place to stay again, would not recommend. We got duped

Extremely disappointing and not suitable for families. The rooms were visibly unclean, and the staff showed little courtesy or professionalism. There was no elevator access to our room, and the building itself was old and poorly maintained—stained concrete walls gave it an unwelcoming, almost institutional feel. The individuals loitering around the property made us feel unsafe, to the point that we decided to leave before the night was over.
