Our stay was fine. Bed was clean and crisp and the staff was friendly and efficient. Some deep cleaning for the bathrooms especially the floor tile would be good. Probably won't stay again since the hotel no longer has a relationship with the restaurant and lounge next door. That used to be a highlight for us
No front desk clerk to check us in. Had to call a number and waited for about 45 minutes. I messaged and informed them that we would be late around midnight. A number was given and no one would answer.
The back door to the neighbor restaurant has had a broken key lock for months which is in convenient for me. I have a disability and causes me to drive to the restaurant instead of walking
Did not start off good at all. first stood in line forever. then worker could not find my reservation and when they did it was cancelled. so i had to provide proof. then they were overbooked..said they had No rooms..but put me in a wheelchair access room. then the hotel ran out of card keys...I mean seriously, Really?? it was late and was tired had to accept it but will not be staying there again..ever!! that is what i get for trying to be frugal.
