Property was old, but well taken care of. Beds were very comfortable. Was close to a road and the traffic noise was pretty loud. Air conditioner did not keep the temperature stable. For the price it was a fairly good stay.

We booked online but turns out we were not well-informed about what we're getting. Upon arrival we found out our room was an older outdated room on a second floor, with outdoor stairs. We contacted the owner and after several texts and finally a phone call, she was able to put us in a better room. The information provided on Expedia did not detail the room we were assigned.

Very clean updated room and the decor was beautiful. Everything you need for a great stay. Comfortable bed comfortable bed sheets, clean crisp white towels. Huge tv. Loved it and I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family. Thanks for having us.

Nice Room we'd stay again

The rooms were roomy and clean although a closet would have been nice. The other thing was that since there was no office check-in, I felt the earlier communication could have shared the room numbers more clearly as I had an issue finding the room number in the texts and emails. Otherwise communication was great. We'd stay here again.

This is an outstanding property! Everyone is phenomenal as to service and friendliness. I had a number of changes to make because I’m following my daughter who’s hiking the Appalachian Trail so her schedule is unpredictable. Folks were exceedingly accommodating as I worked around that variable. The facilities are newly remodeled and perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend Bingham Motor Inn for a short stay or extended stay.

We liked everything. Loved having the water out the front to look at. Only issue we were able to watch TV, but couldn't hear it, because volume didn't work. Other then that we will be going back again

“I had a late check-in and notified the property in advance. They assigned me a room number, but when I arrived at 11 PM, the office was closed and there was no signage to direct me to the room. I spent 30 minutes driving around the property and calling multiple times but could not locate the room. Even the owner later admitted that signage was not posted. I ended up having to sleep in my car. I requested a refund, but the property did not follow through. Very disappointing experience.

Property was great. I didn’t see photos of the room with one traveler but booked it on a whim. It was very 1970s style . I would suggest bringing your own shampoo and conditioner because the ones provided are very tiny. Smaller than travel size toothpaste. The stairs to get to our suite need some improvements. Just a couple loose broads but be aware you have to use steps.
