In summary, the establishment appears to be adhering to basic standards. While it is acceptable for overnight stays, it is unlikely that we will be extending our stay in the future. Breakfast coupons were not provided upon check-in, digital check-in was not available, and the room’s lighting was outdated. Additionally, the refrigerator was not adequately cooling, and the staff’s attentiveness during breakfast was lacking. They were prompt in providing receipts, but I had to rush to the front desk to retrieve the coupons. Despite my extensive experience with various hotels, including international ones, this experience was at the max 2 star

The staff was awesome- particularly a lovely lady named “Momma ____” who helped out in the lobby and answered all of my questions.. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name . The room was nice & clean. The only negative was a strange odor- not sure if it was from the water nearby or what ???

Great hotel except for pool experience

The only issue with the stay was the attendant at the indoor pool. she was incredibly rude. My wife looks forward to swimming and the attendant ruined her experience.
