The staff were all very nice and friendly. I was really disappointed to find out that the beach is closed at this time of year. Booked 3 nights here for the beach pics advertised. Pool beautiful. Food was just ok for us. Mattress very hard. Rooms need updating. Very low iccupancy due to Covid 19.

Amazing resort, everything is clean and well kept, all the staff are well presented and attentive. We had one small problem, spoke to ANITA at the front desk, she handled it quickly and professionally. DAVID on the front desk was also very helpful. Highly recommend this resort.

Great place to stay enjoyed everything. Food was very well prepared and tasty. Staff were attentive and well trained. Property is huge and well maintained. Had two minor incidents, Anita immediately took control and speedily dealt with the situation professionally. Could not recommend this hotel enough for what is has to offer.

I have booked 3 rooms altogether and realized that the fittings in our rooms were a little old and rusty. The bottom of bathtub in my room was covered with old stains. We stayed on the 3rd floor.The inhouse telephone had a dirty smell and we dare not put against our ear and mouth when we used it.

GREAT experience Private Villa with Pool

Booked the villa with a few other friends. The villa condition was abit old, and plenty of insects around. Our villa got a free buggy to ferry us around the resort, and since our villa is away from the reception, we have to take turns to share the buggy. The pool was nice too, we had a fun time in the private pool.

Good place. Lovely views

Place was good. Did not have half the events that were advertised. We went during Christmas. Didn’t have anything apart from the carols. Kids were very bored. Spa was fantastic. food quality for buffet lacked quality. Concierge -Khadafi was very helpful. Gave the right information that even the guest services couldn’t provide. Very friendly staff. Well maintained rooms.

Extremely poor review, will never recommend BLR

Room was filthy, mirrors stained with rust, moulds on walls, weird holes in the ceiling, bath tub is really dirty and had random damages around. Found a used tissue in between the info booklet, stains found on tables and on floor. Bed sheets are dirty, especially stained pillows Dirty bathroom floor and clumps of dusts found in the bedside lamps Never had the chance to take photos of the listed findings. Would strongly encourage the management to do a better job. Service was very poor, no efficiency and no time management Terrace bar was a disappointment, food arrived really late.

Bintan Lagoon Resort

Bintan Lagoon Resort is a amazing place to unwind for a couple of days. The staff are very friendly and polite. The breakfast ( included in the tariff) had excellent spread. So really, there is nothing to complain ... except that if you have to buy your lunch/dinner , the tariffs are way too high and since it is at an isolated place, one is stuck with these rates.

The resort facilities and service were good. We enjoyed food and cocktails at many of the restaurants. However, the rooms were well below expected standards: The bathroom was dirty - the shower had mould on all the walls, The seating / massage area in the bedroom was old and had many stains on it. The rooms need a deep clean and or upgrade.
