Upon arrival informed lifts were broken heavy luggage to climb upstairs. Informed if did not like it could get a refund. Floor in room dirty. Shower was basically on top of the toilet. Would not recommend this particular hotel. Not value for money.

Hotel in a good area with pubs, restaurants and cafe’s local. Our room was smaller than we imagined, bed was comfortable but there was a lack of area to hang clothes and no usb points to charge phones etc

Uniqueness was access methods engine seeing sense of safety. Didn’t enjoy the shower dripping throughout day when I was out and toilet flow wet all night. Also window sill very dirty and sticky, otherwise, a good stay

Really nice hotel. hard to comment on customer service as check in and check out was done online and didn’t speak to any staff. only complain is that the mattress was very hard
