Excellent staff. Hotel located on Broad Street. Excellent breakfast - I don't think you will find a breakfast as good as this anywhere. You can make your own waffles!! (but I didn't). Room was a good sized with plenty of space. I would have liked a bedside table/shelf on each side.

Overall a really good experience, only issue we faced was due to how busy the hotel was there could have done with a bit more order in terms of breakfast. We came downstairs at around 9am and there was a queue all the way across past the front desk and took us about 30 minutes to get a table. Perhaps a booking system could have been useful for times when the hotel is so busy? Apart from this though everything else was as good as I would expect and have no other issues.

Firstly we got a disabled room, when taking shower the water goes everywhere it’s dangerous and slippery. The water wasn’t hot it’s cold when my son had his shower this morning he was shivering. The room is cold as well.

parking was good with in an out access. the breakfast especially the eggs leave a great deal to be desired. Hilton has an extremely high quality of food and chefs so I am not sure why thsi is an issue. The first day the eggs were burnt with brown edges until the egg curled up out of shape the next day should have been scrambled eggs but the texture is wrong. Do better hilton
is that reconisabe as eggs?

Our go to hotel in Birmingham, quick & easy check-in. Every member of staff is very helpful, friendly & polite, from front of house to house keeping. Very handy for pubs, clubs & theatres. Short stroll for shopping or the Christmas market. Parking at the hotel £15. Buffet breakfast has something for all tastes, staff do their best to cover all dietary needs.
