The hotel is in a quiet area but not far from a main bus and tram route. Room was very clean with a nice big comfortable bed. Later hours for breakfast at weekend much appreciated. Friendly staff.

In room service food was not of an acceptable standard , and the staff listened to the comment without offering any kind of solution. otherwise room was great, location very convenient for Utilita arena!

Unfortunately there was a long wait for breakfast and not enough room in the dining area so had to use the bar area, where tables are not the right height for eating. The hotel seemed short staffed as tables weren't cleared and some food/juice not replenished quickly.
