We needed the room because of a early flight out of Birmingham the next morning. Upon arrival and entering the bathroom a roach came out of the sink. There were long hairs on the wall in the shower. I would stay here again. The beds were comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Everything was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and it is in a very good location with plenty of dining choices. The hotel restaurant is also a great place to eat. I highly recommend this for a place to stay in this area.

The location is great! Staff friendly, good elevators. I would like to see breakfast included like the Hampton Inn nearby that I stayed in previously. The breakfast is too expensive so I went to Waffle house and saved $5 for each person.

Easy shuttle service and the drivers were great. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance ie paint, wall repairs. Several issues with our room that were addressed with staff “Sorry, we can move you “. Front desk staff seemed disinterested in finding any other solutions.

When I booked the stay it said breakfast was included but it wasn't. They have great coffee available in the morning though! I would stay here again but make sure of what really is included for the price. They are renovating the pool area and that would be something to enjoy.
