This place was great. Every worker from top to bottom was very attentive and helpful. Room was nice, king bed with a couch. Different lay out that was nice. My only complaint was the furnace or boiler room was extremely loud. The door was propped open at all times to allow heat out, I'm assuming. Other than that we enjoyed our stay, would recommend and return ourselves.

My overall stay was great, however the only issue was the rude Hispanic housekeepers. I went to the desk to extend my stay and asked for move towels which the front desk told me that housekeeping would bring some to my room. I doze off to take a nap where I heard someone trying to get inside of the door, but my lock was on so they couldn’t get inside. The housekeeper did not knock. They just tried to come straight inside of the hotel room nevertheless my husband open the door after putting on his pajama pants and X if someone was trying to get inside of our room to bring our towels, the Hispanic lady completely ignored my husband and walked away from him into other rooms

There were ants crawling in the bathroom on and in the bathtub. The fridge was placed on one of the end tables and not where it was supposed to be under the counter. There were stains on the floor. We notified house keeping about the stains and hair on the sheets and they changed them immediately. The air conditioner did not get the room cool.

If you’re look for a decent spot to lay your head for a quick visit then this is sufficient. It’s not the Hyatt experience I’m used to, but the staff was always nice and helpful.

Carpet had numerous bad stains! Carpet was shredded near bathroom. A random grape was on the floor. I wouldn’t even walk in my socks on the floor! Pitiful coffee maker. Door was very hard to push open and made a super loud noise which I’m sure woke all the neighbors. Only one tiny bar of soap. No tissue. No lotion.

Room was comfortable and met our needs. The breakfast was very good only wish it opened a little earlier. The room was not ready with enough towels or sheets for the pullout couch. All in all a good place to stay and I will stay again if in the area.

Absolutely would not recommend. There was alot close to the hotel but right next door there was a homeless person sleeping with a whole setup. The staff here is lovely but the first room we were put in had a ton of visible mold in the room. You could smell it as soon as you opened the door then after walking around you could clearly see it. They moved us to a new room on another floor which did not have mold and was fine but has not had a deep clean in awhile either. All the hallways smelled terribly of febreeze. Not a clean smell, more overpowering like they were trying to cover something up. Then the breakfast was a joke. The worst spread I have seen in any hotel. The biscuits were burnt, no protein except a small portion of odd looking eggs, poor fruit and nothing to put on the bagels. Stay away from this location.

Outdated - carpet was stained, room not properly cleaned. Tv wouldn’t turn on. Tiny pool and there were 15 plus kids in it at all times. It was loud inside the room and they allow animals and dogs barked all night.
