Great staff

We were there overnight for a concert in the Symphony Hall which is accessible by an enclosed bridge making it very convenient. All the staff were fantastic and went out of their way to accommodate our every need. Take every possible precaution for food allergies.

Great city centre hotel.

This is a lovely hotel. I had a car on this trip and that wasn't well catered for, but a lovely hotel nonetheless.

This was a good stay however checking in being at 3 o’clock we arrived at 4:10 to be told that our room was not ready and that we would have to wait. it took us over half an hour to gain access to our room which we thought was poor however they did provide us with breakfast for free so good at the end.

Lovely hotel, staff were so friendly and helpful! Rooms were big and had everytging you needed. Had a nice view of birmingham. Only a few minutes walk to the train station. Breakfast was really good
