Don't leave your charger

I left my phone charger at the hotel by mistake, I realised when I was on my train back so left a message on the hotels app. I got no reply so tried calling them the next day, the phone rang for half an hour then got cut off. I called them a day later and they said the phone charger hadn't been handed in, this is very disappointing as I had left it plugged in my room (room 209) by mistake

Had to clean the floors and room myself. Left a night early due to not wanting my under 1 year old in such dirtiness. Draining and water smelt like sewage. Expecting a refund
