Good Value Hotel Let Down by Noisy Plumbing

The hotel was fine but a broken toilet next door with constant sounds of running water and the system recharging itself meant I had an extremely bad nights sleep.

Location really helpful but not very comfy!

The stay was fine for what it was, a stopover ahead of an early flight but it wasn’t a comfortable stay and we didn’t get much sleep! A bunk bed over a double with a warning for no under 6s on there, and we travel with a 5 year old. Didn’t feel safe for an adult either, so we ended up squashed in the one bed. There was quite a queue for check in, too.

This was a stay before an early flight and the hotel had a great location, only 2-3 mins walk to the airport. We knew it was a budget hotel but were surprised at the small size of the room. Everything was clean but it was a tight fit in the shower and toilet. For what we paid i expected a little more space but it was ok for one night. The staff were great and very helpful and the bar/restaurant large and comfortable with tasty food.

Have stayed previous. Staff very attentive. Because it was a budget hotel. This reflects in what is expected. Clean tidy rooms. Excellent staff. Rooms are small but if only using it to sleep. It was ideal for the price.

Budget by provisions but not price

Budget by provisions but not price at £159 per night I would have liked an hairdryer in the room. Especially having flown in from abroad when I don't fly with one. Unlike other Ibis hotels I have stayed at, there is no provision to get a coffee and croissant for breakfast. Not everyone wants a full cooked breakfast.

Th property was very near to the terminal and the bathroom was a disabled one which was good for me with my hip issue, however, they need to upgrade the caesar salad which was very poor for the price and we had to send it back.

1st room was so dirty that I asked to be moved to another - not what you really want to do when you check in at 1am. Toilet hadn’t been cleaned - visible brown marks and the bin hasn’t even been emptied. :-(

Ok budget hotel for the price but the bed was really uncomfortable and the pillow was like sleeping on a bag of sand, the worst pillow I have attempted to sleep on.

The property is very basic but if you’re just staying for the one night before your flight it is adequate. The bedding was clean but I didn’t realise how basic the room would be, modular shower and sink in the bedroom. The toilet was in a little room on its own. I wouldn’t stay again but you get what you pay for

Long Queue to check in with only one Receptionist on Duty ,eventually a 2nd Receptionist came to help ,this despite checking in online which was supposed to save time .
