This place did not exist. It was a house for students and we have evidence of landlords tel no. To confirm this.
It was a total scam and we would like a refund of our money please.
We were left stranded and had to find other accommodation.
Nice cosy room, felt safe .Can be a bit noisy with other guests in other rooms. Also the bathroom noises from the other rooms.Otherwiswe great value for money .
The room was clean and comfortable but a bit on the small side but as I was was staying on my own and only for one night I was very happy with the room.
The breakfast was well cooked and tasted very nice.
The mini hotel was small but clean and reasonably comfortable. It has everything youâd want from a B&B. The breakfast is as good as it usually is. A breakfast menu would be useful as the mini hotel does not have any visible staff.
Compact room with everything that you need for a solo trip. Parking on a busy road. Breakfast in the morning was more than adequate and set me up to the day.
This so called hotel never sent me detail for checking in until the day after. I had to find another hotel in Birmingham. I could not get in contact with the people and when I did they kept cutting off the call I that this place is nothing but derelict property. You should delete it from your listing as itâs a scam!!!
Very poor heater didnât work itâs not easy to get into bed the bed is slotted into space so u only can get in from front heater didnât work no1 to meet u breakfast is poor and cold if u not down my 8 wouldnât go there again wonât offered no money off for the heating not working lots of rubbish outside house on busy main road in selly oak
Close to UOB, Small rooms in a house. Narrow stairs to climb 2 floors with luggage. No Hotel Board, no attendant, was struggling to locate the hotel and check in. No cleaning stayed there for three days. No garbage pickup. No room tea/coffee fill up. Just basic stay.
The thing about this hotel is that check in and check out is done by email, and picking up a code to get your own key. There is no reception and so no service as such. Thatâs not necessarily a bad thing, just took some getting used to. I would have appreciated slightly larger cups in the room and a coffee sachet as well as tea.
Does what it says on the can. A great option for a budget friendly stay. I flew in from Canada to visit my sick brother at the Queen Elizabeth hospital so given that expense I was looking for a reasonably priced option near by. The rooms are small and clean and the price includes breakfast and dinner. Itâs situated a 5 minute walk from a retail park so great for picking up any last minute supplies. Unusually itâs actually a terraced house with a Dental Surgery next door being the best landmark. I was expecting a small apartment building so walked past it on my first try.
Itâs a good serviceable option.
We had the top room it was nice and clean as it was warm we had to open the roof windows and the traffic noise was quite bad till late on. Could have had a fan in the room to combat this. The outside of the property lets it down itâs hard to locate as no sign. The rest of the terraces look very run down and not very inviting. The room itself was small but adequate for what we needed. If you want a cheap place to sleep for the night then you couldnât go wrong here.
