The perfect base

The hotel is very well situated and it was easy to find. The staff are very friendly and helpful ...... with one exception. I found Kaspers in the bar to be quite surly and rude.

Terrible stay, this is a 4 star hotel???

Awful I'm afraid. The staff even agreed, changing my room twice. Third was no better, but by that point i'd just accepted my fate. Filthy, various things not working, uncomortable, cold. I felt like i could changed room 20 times and it wouldn't have changed anything. Choose Travelodge over this.
