This is a hidden gem of a hotel. However it is in an odd location but once inside you didn’t notice. Decor and facilities are really nicely designed

Concern over a room service tray with meat products being left outside a room for over 12 hours. Was outside a guest's room when we arrived around 2200hrs and still their when we were heading out the following day 1000hrs the next morning. Room service team said they had only just started work thus on not yet moved, however staff were present placing bedding etc when a fire alarm activated at around 0830. Restaurant struggled with our order and then when a cocktail drink arrived (was very nice so not objecting) it was noted it had different ingredients to what was said in your menu. This is a potential allergy risk, one of my friends would be very ill is he was with us! It was noted a refund on the bill was provided so thank you.

The hotel, staff and breakfast were great. The only thing I would say is that food although looked good , did not taste as it should sadly! It could be oil that it was fried in and needed replacing. Otherwise everything was very good.

Its was a nice stay the staff was nice aswell the food was amazing too. And dessert was really good aswell... i would say doe the coffee was not good at all the breakfast wad really good did really enjoy myself doe the pool not good at all sauan and stream was ok gym was poor was not good at all need updating

Check in was smooth, however when we got to our room about 2.30pm bare in mind check in opens at 2pm, our bathroom bin had not been emptied and the toilet was not fastened to the floor properly. I paid more money for a king bed and they tried to pass off the room was Correct. I had no time to argue as I was boxing that day in a tournament. It was only until my missus went back to the hotel after she made them look at my booking properly. They moved us to the correct size room, but no apology for the small room, or used feminine hygiene products in our old room. I would not stay here again they just have a nonchalant attitude for customer care. During one evening we could hear a full blown argument with a customer demanding a refund for non working air conditioning.

I would not recommend staying here. We were guests here between 12-14/07/25 during the nice weather. Our air conditioning in our room did not work at all. The hotel did nothing to help us apart from give a small desk fan between 3 adults. We were staying for a boxing tournament our friend was fighting in. They would not move us, or discount the room or refund my card. Unacceptable customer care in this day and age.

Best hotel stay in a long time

I stay in chain hotels regularly and suffer the average to un-interesting food all the time. Not so at Park Hall Hotel. The food was really tasty, the people were great and the room was a refreshing step up from anodyne chain hotel blandness.

Never stay at this hotel

Had an absolute awful experience here. The rooms were so hot and they sold us rooms where windows don't open and then told us to go checkin to another hotel at 1130pm at night with a newborn baby! Couldn't take any responsibility of selling a room to us which needed maintainace work done. Not to mention the AC systems in the rooms are also damn pathetic. Amit at the desk reception was not helpful at all, didn't care one bit, no compassion. Would never recommend a stay here

Qe had booked two room. On the first room we were charged £10 for an earlier check in, the room was read anyway. The room then had a hole in the wall and a live wire hanging from the aircon unit. We requested a room change. The second room had a lots of stains on the carpet and fridge wasnt working (had specifically asked for a fridge). Our second room was on the second floor and when we requested it be near our firsr one were told there were non available. The air con wasnt working and we were told its became eveyone else was also using it, we were then given a fan which didnt work, then another fan was bought down which also didn't work. Eventually we were moved opposite our first room (where we were told earlier it was fully booked). By this time it was Midnight!
