The staff wasn’t friendly and didn’t answer the phone. Our towels and face cloths were stained. The linen was dingy. The absolute minimum was offered for breakfast. Parking lot and walkways were full of cigarette butts.

The top cover on the bed had alot of stains on it the shower head in the bathroom need to be replaced its dirty the room overall need to be renovated the guy that check me in wanted to put me in a room that have ax leaking but his supervisor heard him and said no put him in another room. That was crazy this place is just to stop in if u traveling and need to sleep thats it

Host was pleasant and check in was quick. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower handheld sprayer was just sitting on side of tub as holder was broken. Still worked for showering. People loitering around the motel was suspect. Price was reasonable and good enough for one night.

Our bed was broken, like clearly broken. Nothing was offered for us because they were fully booked but that wasn’t our fault either. The room smelled like weed, and we didn’t have a shower curtain upon arriving but was given one fairly quick. Also we booked 2 queen beds and were pretty positive it was 2 fulls.

Sheets was not clean. No smoking room smelled like smoke. For breakfast they had no food and customer service was terrible. Staff ignored us when asking for condiments for the food. Would not recommend staying.

We booked two rooms and checked in late Friday night for two nights. When we got to the room it smelled horribly like mold. The ACs were turned completely off and made the rooms incredibly hot. We hooked with 4 people in our room. They only had three towels. We attempted to call the front desk multiple times and even went down there but the lobby was locked and lights were off. The bath towels had holes in them and stains on them. There was hair in the sink, and items left in the fridge. The beds were incredibly hard. Due to the overall condition of our rooms we decided to check out Saturday morning. Upon check out and telling the front desk all of his they did not care and still told us we would not receive a refund. That was fine with us, we just couldn’t stay another night.

The room had a musty odor upon entering. I am convinced it is due to a high humidity level that is partially due to the type of A/C unit and that the "non-smoking room had been smoked in at some point. I was pleased to see the floor had been updated to a laminate of some sort thing it would be cleaner but when I steped in the shower unfortunately I immediately saw the dreaded black footprints. I would have to say, I would not recommend this hotel unless there are some significant upgrades.
