Very convenient for our stay near to the O2 Academy. A really nice room with good facilities and comfy bed and a nice breakfast. Windows were dirty on the outside was the only down side but it is in a busy city centre.

Firstly, I arrived around 2230 to the hotel and check-in without any issue. Then I went to my room and open the door, and I found a guest in my room. He was surprised as well but he told me that his original room was no electricity so the hotel moved him to the one supposed to be my room. So we went down to the front desk to sort things out. The lady at the front desk trying to find a new room for me and the person went back to the room. The lady took some time to find me a room and i got the key for a new room. So I went up to the room, when I opened the door, there was a dead smell, something like a few days didn't open the door or just no ventilation smell. So I went to the air conditioning controller to try switch on the air condition and get some air. It doesn't work, as the controller is not switch on at all. So i went straight down to the front desk to talk to the lady who gave me the room. She promised that she will find some one to come to fix it. And asked me I should give them time to fix it and be patient. So it is already 2300 when the conversation took place. So I wait for 45mins, no one come, no sign of it. I checked some hotel reviews in here and found out it wasn't the first time it happened. So after 45mins, i went down to the front desk at 2345. The lady is not there and it was another guy there. So I told him what was happened included I got another guest in my original room. He looked surprised. ... to be continuous due to the text i can type here

Premium room - very comfy bed. Convenient location near New St Station and The Mailbox. When I rang for room service, I was told that there was a £5 charge for delivery to the room or I could collect for free from the first floor restaurant (which was closed for dining). I was not offered any of the Hotels.com rewards (e.g. 20% off food/drinks).

Carpet was dirty and stained in the room. The room was very warm even with the AC on. Very uncomfortable sleep. Parking is not great around here unless your willing to park in any insure car parks which don’t look safe if you have a decent car

Best nights sleep ever in a hotel

There was an error in terms of our dining reservation which wasn’t ideal but everything else was absolutely brilliant. The pillows were tattered but we requested new ones and they arrived quickly. One of the best nights sleep I have ever had in a hotel. No slamming doors. I would recommend room 614 if you want a quiet stay with no rooms next to you - just the lift and a housekeeping room next to you.
