Sleepless night

One of the worst nights sleep that my partner and I have ever had. The mattress was so bad, that we could feel the springs in our back. The wall light fixture was broken. The reception staff looked miserable and didn’t smile. However when their friends turned up they were quite happy to talk with them.

Disgusting! Simple as that

When arriving we looked at the rooms and immediately saw damp all up the walls, broken flooring and disgusting radiators and windows. The room stunk of urine and to add to this the second room was as bad. The hotel refused to give a refund so be careful if you dare to stay here!!!

Nice reception area and good parking, room was ok, a bit dark and the bed was uncomfortable. Bedside light was lnot secured to the wall correctly. The shower had mould on the ceiling, not really acceptable
