Staff were friendly, room was immaculate, we had no issues with our stay. Room curtains were incredible, had a beautiful sleep due to such a dark room and the bed was great. No issues, fab stay.

Credit where credit is due my bedroom and bathroom were immaculately clean. However, as a lone female travelling for business I wouldn’t opt to stay here again. The bedroom itself is very dated and everything looks tired. It is in need of a refresh. I turned up and after being in my room for a bit a couple were having a blazing row outside in the corridor and she then locked him out the room. To which he used quite a few choice words and demanding she let him in the room. Then Police turned up in the car park to a different incident involving a white van. As a female lone traveller for work I wouldn’t choose to stay again because I just didn’t feel that safe here. Last point the shower head in the bathroom needs replacing, it isn’t very powerful and is the smallest shower head ever. Sorry for the bad review

Plenty of parking and pleasant staff. Good size room with table and two chairs. After using the showers the bathroom floor was very wet and slippery. Good bar area and wood fired pizzas served.

Nice hotel with great staff

Nice hotel with good acces to M42 & M5. Good sized rooms & bed, but pillows were tired, flat, hard & uncomfortable. Staff were friendly, dressed appropriately & provided a great service. Safe for lone female travellers. No lifts, so request room near to reception if you are not good with stairs. Ample parking.

Staff was amazing I was there for my best friends wedding and the staff couldn’t do enough for us all. Rooms are very spacious and clean the beds are super comfortable I Would 100% recommend this hotel

Well appointed hotel, maybe a little dated and tired but comfort and service are great, ideal overnight for business guests with a small bar and restaurant (limited menu) on site.
