It was the perfect basic room and had all the basics we needed plus a cute free breakfast.

The price was appropriate for this hotel. It seems like it was once really nice when it first got remodeled but it’s lost its shine due to lack of maintenance. It is tired and needs polishing, The bedding needs to be thrown away due to being old, outdated, and a little gross with stains here and there. Noticed cobweb on crown moulding. Needs a new paint job as there were old water stain above bathroom sink with paint chipping off and bathroom with some stains on wall. Needs new base shoe in bathroom. But this place has potential. I loved that there was no carpet. It made it feel a little cleaner. Parking was good, right in front of room. WI-FI was bad. TV sound kept glitching in and out due to bad WI-FI. Nice little trees in front of window but noticed weeds were slowly creeping in so again showing bad maintenance. Free breakfast was nice. The main thing that bothered me was the bedding.

Great location

We always spend the night here when going from our winter home to our summer home. They are dog friendly.i asked to be switched to a ground floor room due to my husbands needs and they were able to accommodate us! We love the location near the dog park as well.

This hotel claims to include breakfast, but they really shouldn’t. What they offer doesn’t qualify as breakfast by any reasonable standard. There was no protein at all — no eggs, no bacon, no sausage. No fruit, not even a banana or apple. The water wasn’t cold, and there was no ice available. It was honestly the worst breakfast I’ve ever had at any hotel. If you’re going to advertise breakfast, at least provide the basics. This was incredibly disappointing and misleading.

We were extremely unhappy with our stay here. It was dirty...we had spots on the sheets, we were unable to tell if they were actually dirty of just stained...either a creepy feeling! It was a really unsafe facility and really run down.

Very uncomfortable experience

We recently spent a night at Quality Inn Bishop near Mammoth, located conveniently close to the stunning Mammoth Lakes. Our stay had its highs and lows, which we'll outline below. ### The Good - Clean Room: Our room was well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to rest. - Prime Location: The motel's proximity to Mammoth Lakes made it an ideal base for exploring the area. ### The Not-So-Good - Thin Walls: Unfortunately, the walls were paper-thin, allowing every creak and flush from the rooms above to echo through our space. This made for a less-than-restful night's sleep. - No WiFi: Despite being just a stone's throw from the office, our room had zero WiFi connectivity. This was frustrating, especially considering the motel's advertised WiFi availability. - Uneven Floorboards: The floorboards in our room were uneven and damaged. - Basic Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was underwhelming, with limited options. I have had better experience in other Quality Inns that I have visited.

As good as most older hotels in Bishop

The motel was quiet and the breakfast was good. The motel appears to be run down on the outside, but the room was plenty adequate and the bed was nice. 2 points. The air conditioner was super noisy, I could not sleep with it on, even though I had my handy dandy earplugs in (so I left it off). May be time for new units. Also, maybe they were not expecting ants yet, but they invaded my food bag in the morning hours.

Quality Inn Bishop

The Quality Inn stay was very nice. The staff was super courteous and always went out of their way to help make my stay more pleasant. The rooms are all remodeled and very nice amenities.

Great rest-stop for traveling the 395 corridor.

Clean, quiet, within walking distance of many restaurants, and a terrific park for our dogs. We have stayed multiple times over the last 3 years and while it comes with breakfast, we usually just grab a cup of coffee (unfortunately not hot) and eat at 'Jacks' - a Bishop icon in itself.
