Clean room and facility. Friendly staff, although i asked to have the room cleaned and have clean towels but they never came. I had to get the towels myself when I got back to the room at night, I asked for my room to be cleaned midday and housekeeping left at 4;30 pm: I got back to the room at 8pm :/

This place was spotless! Confy bed, and very quiet. We could not hear our neighbors at all or I35 traffic, which was only a block away.

Great trip

Everything was fantastic until we were leaving. They decided at 10 am in the morning as people were leaving to clean the elevator. Which left us waiting over five minutes for an elevator. Seems like that should happen after check out.

Pretty nice

Overall it was pretty nice. I would recommend putting some information about the tv and explaining the breakfast deal. And for us the bed was too soft and room cooling and heating was too noisy during the night.

Pleasant enough

I arrived in town an hour early and called to see if it was possible to check-in early. I was told check-in was at 3 and they have been busy and i could not check-in before then. I around the city until 3. When I arrived I came in at 2:57pm. I was told by the guy (Brian B) working the desk that my room wasn't ready and then had no rooms with 2 beds available and he could put me in a room with 1 bed or I could come back in 20 minutes. As I was with my son and 1 of his friends we were not sharing 1 bed. I said "You told me I couldn't until 3 which is check-in time. It is that time. I understand not being able to check in early but i am on time. I am not leaving for 20 minutes." After a few minutes of typing on the computer he had me checked in. Everything else about the stay was pleasant and met my expectations. Except the lights in the elevator was very dim
