Did not appreciate being charged a deposit since room was entirely pre paid thru Expedia two months earlier. Was told a refund of deposit would be processed on check out! This should not have happened! No other Home2Suites has done this in my experience!

Check in and check out were a breeze. The room was HUGE, with a large refrigerator, a microwave, and even a dishwasher. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very kind. Breakfast was a standard continental buffet. I’d highly recommend!

Booked this hotel because it was close to ISU and accommodated five people. It turned out to be a great decision. The front desk was gracious and welcoming. Our room was already ready so they checked us in early and allowed us to stay late. The room was clean, had plenty of room, and we appreciated the full-sized refrigerator, microwave and coffee in the room as well as coffee and tea available all day.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Facility was pretty-really liked the front lobby/breakfast area. Room was comfortable and quiet. Hotel is on edge of town so I heard no traffic noise. Was an odor to room and was crumbs in sofa bed when we opened it. But Management got us a new mattress cover when I asked and were helpful. Overall, we liked it there and would stay there again.
