Some of the studio King suite rooms have zero closets and no place to hang up clothes. We thought that was extremely odd for a larger room we were paying extra for. Other than that we were pleased with the room and hotel in general.

The outside is beautiful!

Positives- The outside is beautiful! The entrance is very nostalgic and takes you back in time, in a classy type of way. Breakfast-okay Pool Workout room CONS - half of the place is run down, broken doors, elevators, trash ALL WITHIN GUEST AREAS Pricey for 1 night and wasn't as expected.

Absolutely ADORABLE property!! Castle like vibes inside and out!! Hotel was built in 1988, but the rooms feel modern with touches of historical charm in them!! The pool is a dream!! Clean, friendly staff, 10/10 would stay here again!! Pictures don’t do this adorable place justice!! There’s a cute little pond behind the hotel too!! Close to downtown, shopping, breweries, grocery stores and more!! 🏰

It seems like we got a bad room. The mirror had a built in LED light that was broken and flickered for our whole stay. The shower didnt have a door and leaked into the bathroom. The lock didn't unlock well. The toilet wabbled as I sat on it. The hotel was lovely, the breakfast wasn't great but the potatoes were good! The property was beautiful. The parking lot needs to be redone eventually. It was a mixed bag, really. I had no problems with my stay and the price was decent.

I like the area this hotel is in and i love the look of the hotel it's always our first pick to stay at when we are there for special olympics. Hotel is clean and breakfast is very good.

the hottub had hair in it. It was worn and had lime scale or something on the sides. Also the pool has overwhelming smell of chlorine. the room we stayed in had water spots and stains on the ceiling. in the corners of the carpet dust and dirt. my sil left a bag by accident they did mail that to her via her fed ex account so that was a positive. it is a unique property just needs to be maintained better. also when we would come in or leave not one staff member said hello or goodbye.

If you plan on going in on the weekend, make sure you’re not going to use the hot tub on a Sunday. They always put it down for maintenance. I learned the hard way. Without no notice
