We are 6 senior couples who have taken mini-trips together for 6 years. Some of our criteria for a rental is handi-capped accessibility for one of the couples. Everyone likes their own bath. The other is gathering space for the whole group. All Decked Out met those requirements. The views were breath taking. Our day trips into Blue Ridge were fun.

Great property with stunning sunset views. Bedrooms are very spacious and each had their own bathroom. Pillows like in most rental properties are bad, but luckily we all brought our own. House is nicely equipped and worked well for our stay. Brought our own automatic coffee machine which saved us for breakfast. Only complaint is the dining table for 8. It’s impossible to have dinner or lunch with 14 or 15 people. For Thanksgiving we bought a foldable table and 6 chairs and placed it in the entry way. Otherwise a very nice laid out rental property.

Perfect fit between House and Family. Wonderful location. Great views. Loved the fireplace and games. Only downside was minor: no dishwasher pellets and very little in the way of paper towels and trash bags.

Beautiful mountain top cabin

The sunsets were beautiful every evening. Great time with friends. It was nice that every bedroom had a bathroom. We will definitely go back for another weekend.

100th Birthday Celebration

Our family wanted to celebrate what would have been my father's 100th birthday. We were looking for a home that would fit all 15 of us...and this did the trick. The space was amazing. It was raining for our first day and staying in the house was a great opportunity to just be together. We particularly loved the decks. The only "zing" would be that some of the appliances had some issues (stove, oven and icemaker). This did not prevent us from being wowed! All in all, it was a great trip.

Amazing View!!!

Loved this house for our Thanksgiving Gathering. All the living spaces and decks were great! Bed and bathrooms were perfect for our family. Kitchen was missing some cooking utensils (measuring spoons). Enjoyed visiting Blue Ridge. We would definitely stay here again.

we had 14 of us stay at this cabin for a 30th birthday weekend getaway- the cabin had plenty of space for everybody and had the best views! checking in and out was a breeze with the passcode being on the door. we loved the hot tub and all the different space to spread out and relax for the weekend. 10/10 recommend!

It has been a pleasure to stay at this property. Would also like to note out that the property has an EV charger that was a welcome surprise as it was not listed in the property description. I would suggest to mention that an EV charger compatible socket is available in the parking.Apart from this, really enjoyed staying at this property and I would love to stay here again

Magical getaway

The cabin was absolutely beautiful. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you’ll get. Sitting outside on the deck could easily be done all day! All the positives are in the pictures however there are minor negative things about this place: This was the least supplied cabin I ever been to. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We had to go and buy toilet paper from the store. There was only 2 towels per bedroom except for the bunk room which had 4. No extra towels, not even for the hot tub. We had to wash our towels to alternate between the hot tub and for taking showers. Also not enough paper towels or garbage bags. Again, had to go and buy more. The iron in the master bedroom was all rusted on the outside and when turned on poured out rusty brown water so was unable to be used. The outside furniture was very dirty upon arrival. Looks like it wasn’t cleaned at all recently. The carpet by the furniture on the upper deck was so dirty and it smelled so badly, like a septic. Lastly the outdoor tv on the upper deck didn’t work. It would have been nice to watch tv outside with the fire burning. These minor negative points are not enough to not visit this rental but just to keep it in mind. If you plan on spending a lot of time in the cabin you will def bed to bring some of your own supplies

Beautiful views

Overall the home was lovely with beautiful views however there weren't enough eating utensils for the number of people the house slept (thankfully we brought plastic), there weren't any oven mits or pot holders, and only 2 flat serving dishes. We wanted to make a casserole but there wasn't a casserole dish. The gate code was incorrect in the email communication but the rep at Southern Charm was helpful with getting us in.

We enjoyed this property and the home was beautiful. We did find that it was not well equipped in the kitchen for our party of 12. There were only 11 dinner plates and some of the eating utensils were missing. We ended up going into town to purchase 8 new wine glasses, as there were not enough to accommodate our group. The bedrooms and bathrooms were just perfect and spacious. The seating areas are lovely but again not large enough to accommodate our party of 12. We did enjoy the outdoor fireplace and the gorgeous views. Overall, this is a beautiful home and we would definitely recommend it.

We had a very pleasant stay at the house. We particularly enjoyed the entertainment space where we spent several hours playing games and laughing. The inviting decks were a great place to relax and enjoy breathtaking view of the hills and trees.

Beautiful!!

The property was absolutely beautiful and the view was breathtaking!! We were there for a week - was in a great area! Close to downtown Blue Ridge. We went horseback riding, zip lining, tubing down the Toccoa River, and shopping! Also rode over to Helen, an hour away. The property was very spacious for our group of 13 and very clean!

Highly Recommend This Spot

All communication was very efficient, emails to book, check in and out AND when I had a specific question, a phone call was quickly answered. House is in an area with lots to do, fun town, gorgeous mountain setting with a vast and quiet view. This home was most pleasant to spend 5 days in, clean, stocked with kitchen gear, nice beds, gas and wood fireplaces, big hot tub, 3 nice outdoor seating areas, plenty of space on 3 floors for our infants through adults. A/C worked perfectly, we had no issues and we’re very happy that all was even better than the pictures showed. We all would highly recommend this spot!
