Weekend Getaway

We arrived Friday evening to no heat. A statement was left on the door saying the gas company had turned the heat off. After contacting VACASA, we left for a couple of hours, and they managed to contact the gas company and they came out and turned the gas back on. It just took a while to warm up the cabin. There was really only room for our one vehicle (F250). The driveway is tiny, narrow and not easy to get in and out, but that is not a deal breaker, just make sure you are not in a huge vehicle.

Clean and well maintained

Or family really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was the perfect size for our family of 4 and was located right between Elijay and Blue Ridge. Everything was very clean and well maintained and we enjoyed having the hot tub and wood burning fireplace every night of our stay. We will definitely be back for another visit whenever we can!

Great cabin in great location. Driveway very difficult.

Beautiful cabin in great location. Very peaceful “treehouse” in the woods. Very nice area. It was easy to get to Blue Ridge and Ellijay. The only drawback was the driveway! We had to pass it, upon every return, turn around down the road, and come back, to pull in. Other than that, perfect stay.

We had a rainy stay but that was fine since we wanted to rest and chill out. The back porch is beautiful and where we spent most of our time. The cabin is was small but just right for 3 adults. The only down side is the short narrow driveway.

Enjoyed our time at Itterberg cabin so much. Covered porch is like being in a tree house. Hot tub is so nice too. Close to Blue Ridge town. We enjoyed train ride and a hike to Fall branch falls.

The cabin was great location and space! Not stocked very well at all with utensils. No can opener, very few cooking pans that were large enough to cook anything in. A lot of dusty flooring and shelves. Overall location was great and accessible to stores, site seeing and many things to do!

Blue Ridge friends trip

Day one was wonderful, easy to check in, super clean and a wonderful location. Being dog friendly was the best part as our dogs did all our hikes with us and enjoyed the privacy deck! Day two was a full mountain hike, came back tired and just wanted to hot tub it, then stay in for the night in the coziness of the cabin but there was not heat!!! And when I informed property management they said "bundle up"!! We were so freezing cold we tried to find another place to stay but there was none. We barely slept, got up early and got out of there. When a cabin is rented not only should it be checked for cleanliness by staff but also for Propane!! I have requested a one-day full refund and told I would get it.....but it's been about 3 weeks now and I still have not received it. I won't stay at cabins run by this property management team. I will stay in the vicinity again though!

It was the perfect cabin for a weekend getaway! The back porch was awesome with the lights! I wish the hot tub was in a better spot like on the back porch. Overall, wonderful place and 15 minutes away downtown Blue Ridge, GA.

Quaint and well appointed with all you could need

Despite its smaller foot print the layout of this 2/2 cabin with gas stove and gas grill, lent itself perfectly to hosting us. The back porch nestled into the treetops gave privacy and near seclusion in comfort. The front patio with fire pit and hot tub extended the living space and made for relaxing fun. Biggest problem is the poor signage despite the very manageable mountain road drive and small narrow flat driveway. (Tiny sign, second drive on the right nearly hidden.) Easy check-in/out, clean accommodations, multiple smaller sitting areas, working and clean hot tub, dishwasher, on site laundry, and WiFi. Highly recommend

So beautiful, it’s magical! The cabin is located in the most gorgeous forest we’re you can see deer in the morning and wonderful sunrises/ sunsets. I stayed for a week but I honestly wish I could have stayed longer!

Location is quiet and secluded. The cabin is very well stocked with everything you will need. The back porch is wonderful for eating and conversation. The hot tub is superb! Beds are extremely comfortable- we hope to return this winter!

Beautiful Cabin in the Trees!

There was only one review when I booked this cabin and I was so afraid it would be horrible. It wasn’t!!! First and foremost it was clean!!!! I had my Clorox wipes ready and I didn’t need them. Everything was absolutely perfect! The kitchen was stocked with all the basic kitchen gear and we just needed to add food. Bathrooms had plenty of towels/wash cloths along with soap/shampoo/conditioner. The back porch, hot tub, and fire pit rounded things out. The driveway is a little tricky getting in and out of for us Floridians in 2 wheel drive cars but it is manageable. This cabin was perfect for my family and we will definitely be back!
