Laura was great communicating with about what ever we needed. The location was fantastic. Centerally located right in the heart of Bluffton. We did need to go out and get body wash and shampoo. The description didn't say it was provided (or not provided) but just haven't been to a VRBO in a long time that it was not. Worth the stay for sure!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect location for a long weekend in Bluffton! Our only complaint is that there is not a designated parking spot for the apartment. It is free parking on the street. If you are trying to park at dinner time it can be a little hard to find a spot but other hours of the day was fine. Overall we had a fabulous time and the apartment was very clean and welcoming.

The property location was ideal! The property was clean, but somewhat dated. The door combination lock to the room didn't unlock easily & often required a few attempts; the buttons would either stick or not register. Also, there were no K-cups, not soap in shower and the bathroom hand soap was watered down. The bathroom window blinds were broken in various places too.

We never got to stay at this property. Tried to check in after a long travel day
.the unit had no power and had not been cleaned. Had to find a last minute hotel at 2am for Labor Day weekend. Host responded in the am
.asked for a complete refund due to the circumstances. She agreed, but only refunded me partially. I had to message her back
.she said I had to ask VRBO for the remainder of my refund. Took me 2 days and a lot of online chatting with VRBO, but I finally got it. Just a huge headache.

We did enjoy our stay . Apt. was very clean Great location .Upon arrival we notificed that the bathrrom blinds were broken We were unable to close them .Left message for property owner No reply . We were to check out at 11am .At 9am All the electric went off ..We did try to contact .Host ..Also spoke to VRBO ..Not sure why the electric went off . The other apts still had electric .

Good in Many Ways, But Not Quite

Although clean, roomy, and a great location, the second floor units have no sound proofing from the units above. You hear every footstep, every chair move, every dropped shoe. At the time of our stay a family was above us with kids running around until the wee hours of the morning. The unit owners should spend a night in that unit underneath a family to experience it themselves. I bet they will not be able to sleep.

Perfect Location

We came here for the weekend and loved the location. We were in the middle of downtown and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Wi-Fi is horrible so don’t depend on it. The mattress is super soft but fine for the weekend. Bring your own pillow the pillows are very flat.

We loved the location of our stay! Bed was comfortable and plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen looked like it had lots of the necessities. The closet is large but could use more hangers and drawers so we did not have to live out of suitcases for the week. Definitely could have had the wifi password displayed in the condo. We arrived late and could not use our computers until a message was sent to the owner. It was remedied by the morning. I do feel that the high touch areas could use some more cleaning. The place smells like cleaners were just there but floors were a bit sticky. Our socks that were worn in the place were an unsightly gray.

Nice & Cozy

The Apt is small but very nice and clean. Very convenient to everything. Too many stairs for travellers in their 60s but I should have realized that. Also the tub/showerr drainage needs attention. Water does not drain immediately while showering. My suggestions are to 1) have more than one washcloth availble 2) provide hangers for clothes. I think there were 2 hangers 3) a luggage rack to place luggage on instead of the having to put on floor, bed or coffee table and 4) a nite table on each side of the bed would be convenient to place personal items like phone, watch etc. No regret. We would definitely stay again.

Clean, cozy, comfortable
 and quiet!

I really didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment, but it was perfect for my needs. I came in late on a Friday night and one of the restaurants up the street was a bit noisy from an outside bar and my initial thought was “uh oh”. But the apartment was quiet and the restaurants closed relatively early so nighttime noise wasn’t an issue at all. And while we’re on the subject of restaurants, there are a few eateries within an easy walk. I did breakfast in two separate places and they were both great. Parking, getting in and out of the apartment (which is very secure) were all pretty simple. If the little town square area has an event then parking might be a bit of an issue, but I didn’t have any trouble. Anyway, the apartment and location were just what I needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

GREAT LOCATION FOR A SHORT VISIT

THIS CONDO IS JUST AS PICTURED AND YOU ACTUALLY COULD SMELL THE CLEANLINESS, UPON ENTERING THE LOBBY EVEN. MY SISTER DIDN'T MIND THE STAIRS BECAUSE IT ROUNDED UP HER STEPS PER DAY. GREAT LOCATION FOR SHOPS AND COFFEE AND ENTERTAINMENT, AS WELL AS CLOSE TO MY FAMILY'S HOME IN BLUFFTON. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. THE OWNER WAS PLEASANT AND HELPFUL AT CHECK IN, AS THE VRBO SITE HAD A GLITCH. CAN'T WAIT TO BE INVITED BACK!

Great location/lacking comfort

The location was fantastic!!! However, the bed & pillows were uncomfortable, you kept rolling towards the center of the bed & the pillows were ‘broken’, past their prime. There was an iron provided but no ironing board. There were no wash cloths provided nor was there any space to put folded clothes, or even a luggage rack.

Perfect for a romantic getaway

I have stayed at another Vrbo by this owner before, and I will say that she is an excellent host. We did not need to communicate outside of check out information this stay, but in the past, she communicates quickly and kindly. Check in is incredibly accurate and easy. Everything is easy to find. The location is perfect for what we wanted. We felt safe walking around Blufton at night and it is an easy drive to the beach. We will likely end up staying at this location next year for year 3! Two small things to note - we do a good bit of cooking our own food while on vacation. This location had a lot less counter space than one of the other owner's Vrbo listings. This location was a bit less expensive, but for us, we will likely stay at the one with more counter space next year. If you eat out a lot, then this is perfect for you, as there are a lot of cute local restaurants within walking distance. The other thing to note was that although check out was at 11:00 am, we were loading the car up around 9:30 and noticed the door lock code was no longer working. If you leave around 9 with items still in the Vrbo, you may want to consider having one person stay back to let the other in. Overall, this stay was delightful and we had a great time. We will likely stay at the owner's Vrbo listings in the future!

Perfect Spot

The apartment is as described. So cozy and comfy. Location is a dream, walking distance to tons of restaurants and lovely galleries and historical sites. There is a bit of magic in old town Bluffton. The host is quick to respond and very accommodating.

This is a lovely villa. Very clean. Great location. Lots of amenities. Host Laura great to work with. The only drawback is the many steps. We are 70 & did fine but could be difficult for many. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall a great space for a couple days stay. Everything was clean, comfortable and convenient. The only thing was the refrigerator/freezer made a consistent rattling noise, something that may be a bother to others, that may want to be fixed. Keep in mind There are several stairs to get to the room, but I did not mind it as it was exercise after eating.

Wonderful little place in Old Town Bluffton

We had a great time staying in Bluffton for the weekend. We were there for a friend’s wedding and some of the other guests were staying in unit 201. It was just the two of us so the place we cozy and all we needed. The amenities were great too. Keurig coffee maker w/ kcups provided, salt, pepper, water with filter. If we are in Bluffton again we will definitely be staying here.
