The hosts response time to any communication was incredible. 2 days before the trip I asked for the door code. Within 2 minutes she responded and let me know it would be the last 4 digits of my number. Thank you, very thoughtful and made it super easy for me. I really appreciated the coffee pods and the many little extras that she left for us such as a small bowl of candy, a few drinks, etc. The house was very well maintained, clean and I would rent from her again with no hesitation. There was a bit of sulfur smell from the well water, not much of a big deal in my opinion just a heads up for other people. Super nice little place, super clean, and a great host. Don't think I could ask for much more. Thank you I would definitely book this place again if I am out in that area.

Here’s a polished VRBO review you can use:---** – Great stay overall!**We had a wonderful time at this property. The house was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained—exactly as described. The setting was peaceful, and everything inside felt comfortable and welcoming.The only downside was the well water, which had a noticeable boiled-egg smell. It didn’t affect our stay too much, but it’s something future guests may want to be aware of. Aside from that, everything was great, and we truly enjoyed our visit.Would recommend!
