The only place in Bodega Bay we want to stay ♥️

We came with the intent of staying one night at Bodega Coast Inn and Suites. We arrived and Lindsey (up from the San Diego offices) was so helpful and made us feel so at home. When we saw our room, we knew we wanted to stay another night. It was a little difficult getting the kinks ironed out to line up a second night, being newly set up as Hotel Dega. Fortunately, Angel took care of my call and crunched the numbers to give us a fair rate for the second night. With staff like Angel and Lindsey, not to mention the view of the bay, I know we will be coming back and telling our friends and family. Thank you Hotel Dega, see you next month!

property is in transition / being remodeled, room was nice, however it had an Ant problem. surrounding grounds were dirt, spa area in total disassembly / construction not usable for the near future. Has potential to be very nice but not at this time or in the near future. If we knew what state it was in would not have booked..

From first stepping into our room we knew we had to book a second night. The accommodations are superb. From the linens to the in room refrigerator/freezer, and the balcony overlooking the bay, amazing. I mean ice cream in your room is such a nice thung. The owner Lisa was there andcwe shared a pleasant visit as well. We plan on returning, such a beautiful property 😍

No communication possible to discuss booking. Construction, a few feet from room made me leave the room instead of occupying it. Expedia did not indicate construction nor the lack of Wi-Fi. The bathing area was half constructed and dangerous, leaving much water on the floor when using shower. Since I used the facility 50% of the time due to the noise. I am requesting 50% refund from Expedia.

We understand the hotel is under renovation, but there were a few things we weren't satisfied with. 1. There was no real privacy in the bathroom with the top open. 2. We were unable to locate local channels on the TV. 3. The first morning, there were a few ants, but on the 2nd morning, there were ants on my cell phone, Kindle reader, in my yeti water mug, and in our bed. 4. No screen door. 5. No in room phone. 6. Water in the shower and tub were extremely hot. I like a hot shower, but this was too much. Some things we liked. 1. The room was spacious. Could have used a small table to play cards or eat an in room meal. 2. The bathtub was lovely. Thank you. We didn't feel as though the experience was worth the price.

This property is transitioning to new owners. I believe it’s going to be really nice, but at the moment it’s definitely a work in progress- hence the affordable prices. Desk staff is ver limited, but Lisa was there to check us in and she was great. Lots of construction and landscaping going on, but not too disruptive. Again - down the line it will be great, but certainly more expensive.

Enjoyed our stay

First time staying here. Location was excellent for us. Easy access to trail and close to local amenities. It’s an older facility, but recently remodeled rooms. Beds are firm. Room and bathroom was clean. Nice view of Bay from our balcony. WiFi wasn’t the best and cellular coverage spotty at hotel, but you are visiting to be outside. If you are staying for work, be aware. Only one regular outlet between the two queen beds. Otherwise, need to rely on outlets on opposite side of bed. Wife would appreciate local information in room and extra side/end table. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Great for a quick getaway to the coast!!

The place overall is great!! So nice and the perfect location for Bodega Bay!! The only problem was the shower in our room. The water never got hot only warm. Also, with the way the shower is set up the floor was always wet. Otherwise the place is nice!!
