The internet was adequate to stream Netflix. The tv is not a Smart Tv, but had HDMI ports to plug in my Roku stick. My room had a fireplace and the store around the corner sold wood to bbq. My room also had a jacuzzi.

Room for improvement

The Wi-Fi outage lasted for the first couple of days, had to pay roaming. The safe in the room failed, the staff made their best effort to have it open and I was able to retrieve all my personal items.

Everyone is very helpful and nice! We walk everywhere. The park is patrolled by security guards, so it’s safe to walk around. Many grocery stores are walkable.

The best of this property is the people , the hotel and specially the rooms are run down … they really need upgrading . The main bathroom had a leak in the faucet and the curtain in the living room fell down Also they are not environmentally friendly, they don’t have a separate container to deposit the recyclables and this really is very important to me .

The hotel is in need of serious renovations, the suite that was given to us the faucett in the main room had a leak that damaged something that I put underneath, one of the curtains in the living room came down , the bathrooms don’t have drawers . The only good thing about this hotel is its personnel , all of them are great. The hotel is not disabled friendly, they do not have a separate container for recycling, they are not eco friendly which is very important to me. They don’t have any toiletries, in the shower they have a container with a liquid that serves as soap and shampoo ? Where in the world in what hotel you see this ? They don’t provide hand towels for the soap in the shower. I have gone three times as I used to go to Le Manoir which is in front of this hotel but decided to try this one and the only reason I come back is the personnel , but I don’t think I will go back
