Baño no sirve, anfitrión nunca responde

Terrible mi experiencia en bogota. El deposito de la.tasa del baño no caía agua. Tenía que estar llenándolo manualmente con una jarra. La alberca no servia y fue la principal razón por la que yo me hospede ahí. Lo del bańo se reporto en el edificio y con hoteles.com, intentaron contactarse con el anfitrión sin éxito alguno. NO recomiendo este alojamiento. Solicito reembolso de mi estadía
