All was great, however the rooms are deficient in outlets for 110 and USB connections. This is easy to resolve providing night table lamps that carry those outlets. At the desk, same scenario, providing electrical accessories that provide those outlets.

This hotel has been a well known hotel for many years and it is sad to see that it has had it's better days. The hotel tries but it is dated. The old, dark wooden furniture makes it very outdated. The phone in our room did not work for 2 days which becomes an issue when you have to take an elevator and walk to the lobby to bring up any issue or have questions including room service, not enough towels were left in the room, tissue box was empty for the 4 days of our stay, It is a bit sad. There are newer better hotels and this is simply not worth it. Sorry, just being honest. We will not stay here again.

Beautiful place and amazing staff, everyone is always willing to help. However, my experience was soured with the hotel charging me twice for the stay, I've tried talking to the front desk, expedia has tried to contact the property but unfortunately nothing has been resolved. I've been forced to submit a claim with my bank, just the hazzle to get my own money back makes me not want to stay again at this place due to this inconvenience.

The food was delicious. Staff were very friendly and professional. The room and bathroom were, always clean. When We needed the room earlier(when We switched rooms, for the 2nd night, at the hotel), it was available earlier. We didnt have to wait. We liked the environment in the hotel.
