Simplemente no respetan el trato con Expedia, están desligados de la actividadque se realiza en la app. No resuelven las necesidades del cliente. En conclusión vendieron mi estadía a otra persona. El pago lo había realizado más de 45 días antes. Estoy esperando Expedia me haga reembolso. Espero no perder mi dinero

No me quedé ahí, cuando llegue no había disponibilidad de habitación. Tuve que buscar donde quedarme. Por favor tengan la atención de verificar con el prestador del servicio antes de cobrar en su plataforma de reservas.
