The front desk staff was dismissive, and the room itself was unacceptable. There was old food left in the refrigerator, the sink was clogged with hair and wouldn’t drain, and the toilet was so damaged we had to remove the tank lid just to get it to flush. The entire property felt neglected and unsanitary. Even the sheets were worn and torn. We ended our stay early because the conditions were simply too rundown and unhygienic to tolerate. Don’t waste your money at this location. It’s very disappointing.

The 3 days spent was very comfortable. Booked the king handicapped room and it felt very spacious and it was perfect for me and my one child. The hot tub was almost too hot but id say that's no complaint. The pool was freezing for it being indoor. At asked if they could check make sure it was the correct temperature knowing BEST WESTERNS have the pool at a set temp but was told no and nothing was looked after either time i told the front desk. The breakfast was perfect each morning and just loved everything otherwise. Would stay again.
