I was disappointed that they didn’t clean the room after we slept there came back place was not cleaned no towels etc. I asked front desk why wasn’t room cleaned he said due to COVID rules hey guys there are no precautions new regarding COVID you should clean the room I told front desk to have manager call me have yet to hear from anyone !!

The property has a fresh coat of paint and some new bed spreads to make it look all fresh but in reality it’s just a coat of paint. Fixtures were broken, not set up for charging devices and the toilet had mold all inside it.

Great room for the price. The room appears to be recently remodeled. LVP floors are nice. Much better than carpet! It would have been nice to have coffee and microwave and shampoo. Major issue, Half of the parking is unavailable. This is only temporary. But now, it is a pain.

First off there was no parking. I didnt realize there was no breakfast. The jets wernt working on the hot tub and it was to hot. Kids loved the pool. The beds wernt that comfy.

We booked 2 identical rooms. 2 queen beds. 1 room had a microwave and mini fridge, the other did not. The beds each had 2 pillows. They were clumpy and hard to the touch. We were on the second floor, the hallways reaked of urine and mildew.

We were denied an early check in. When we did get checked into the room it wasn't completely cleaned yet. The hall ways smelled like Irwin and it was just dirty. There are no amenities in the room at all such a shampoo or conditioner. No fridge or microwave. No blow dryer, no iron. Very low budget. Location was great. Exactly where we needed to be.

Staff tried, kinda, but policy is unfriendly to trans people. Expedia, which I've used many times all over the country, had my chosen name in their system, my ID is still my dead name. This has never been a problem anywhere else. So I had to call Expedia and have them change the name, then go back in and staff was like, "still not changed." Call Expedia back, they had changed it. I had to have staff use my phone to talk to Expedia get a email sent to them at a Gmail account(unprofessional), then, sees everything is in order, and has Expedia go on hold because staff still has to talk to a supervisor. This was my worst check in experience of my life. Room was very clean though, so cleaning staff does a great job. Overall, this left me feeling very discriminated against.
