I was pleasantly surprised that the Tru by Hilton was as nice as it was. I’m not sure what I expected but the whole hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable, the beds were just heavenly, and the breakfast was awesome!

Beds are very comfortable. Hotel and rooms are very clean and neat. Continental breakfast is good. Hotel is very accessible to the freeway and Eagle Rd, therefore; there is some traffic noise, but not terrible. The pub across the parking lot is great!

They did not clean the room on a daily basis unless you asked for that service, this is the 1st hotel I ever stayed at that the room didn’t get cleaned daily. I think they need to reevaluate the companies policy on cleaning rooms daily The staff was great otherwise

Loved the efficiency of room storage and furniture. Did not care for the squeeze bottle soaps as it was difficult to squeeze to get it to disperse and then having to repeat often to get enough to shower with. This would have been impossible for many senior citizens with gripping issues. The room was located on the street side which was quite busy with many loud vehicles racing off from the intersection, so if I stayed again I would insist on a room on the parking lot side. Oh and Parking was very limited.
