It's not really made for a use in Winter. Heating in the main room is done with a AC and this dries out the air in the room and is really loud. So it was not possible to sleep with the AC/Heat on. In the morning is was really cold. The floor is also far to cold. The heating in the bathroom was good. In the night it was often noisy.
